Sunday, January 26th: 11-5:30pm. Standing poses, meditation, philosophy, pranayama

Weekend 4: Feb. 14-17, 2025- Clearlight Yoga Nidra & Philosophy

Weekend 5: Feb 21-23, 2025 Forward Folds, Yoga Sutras,

Weekend 6: March 6-9, 2025 (Nidra Live-streaming or in Person NY Menla)

For students attending in Person at Menla in New York State, there will be Yoga asana sessions too

Weekend 8: April 11-13 2025- Doug Keller Yoga Therapy Workshop (open to public)

Weekend 9: April 18, 19, 20- Michele & Guest: Backbends

Weekend 10: April 25-27, 2025- Michele & Guests Inversions/ Arm balancing

Weekend 11: May 9-11, 2025 Inversions & Bhagavad Gita

Weekend 12: May 16-18, 2025 Arm Balancing & Yoga Therapy, B. Gita

Weekend 13: May 30-June 5th, 2025: Mahasiddha's Reunion Retreat
