Weekend 3: Feb. 14-17, 2025- Clearlight Yoga Nidra & Philosophy

Weekend 4: Feb 21-23, 2025 Forward Folds, Yoga Sutras,

Weekend 5: March 6-9, 2025 (Nidra Live-streaming or in Person NY Menla)

For students attending in Person at Menla in New York State, there will be Yoga asana sessions too

Weekend 7: April 11-13 2025- Hips & lotus family, granthis, Hatha pradipika, pranayama

Weekend 8: April 25-27, 2025- Backbends, Pranayama, Vijana Bhairava tantra

Weekend 9: May 9-11, 2025 Inversions & Bhagavad Gita

Weekend 10: May 16-18, 2025 Arm Balancing & Yoga Therapy, B. Gita

Weekend 11: May 30-June 1- Sirsasana & Sarvangasana, Pranayama, Gita

Weekend 12: June 13-15, 2025 Closing Weekend, Y. Therapy, Gita
