A Workshop for Yoga teachers wanting to understand middle path alignment and the art of seeing the body with the intention to give intelligent supportive structural assists, hands on adjustments when needed, and the appropriate use of energy. After 2 years of being out of the classroom due to the pandemic, we are coming back together inspired to share amazing assists with our students and support them on expanding their awareness on and off the mat.
This workshop is for any yoga teacher wanting to practice assists that can be used in the classroom or in private yoga settings to guide students into form that will provide more ease and insight to their bodies and centers in yoga asana.
